Nvidia confirms the Nexus 9 exists, says it’s made by HTC and powered by a Tegra K1

In a set of court documents, chip manufacturer Nvidia has unofficially confirmed the Nexus 9 tablet's existence, and also told us it'll be built by HTC, powered by a Tegra K1 chip, and that it'll be coming out soon.

Google agrees to refund $19 million for kids’ in-app purchases

Google has reached an agreement with the Federal Trade Commission to refund parents to the tune of $19 million for unauthorized in-app purchases made by their children. The settlement follows a similar one made by Apple in January.
