I'm still using a Mac Mini G4 1.5Ghz. 1GB of RAM, and older, but dedicated, video ram. It serves as a perfect computer, but is showing it's age as modern, professional software (Adobe CS4)will not run on the G4. I'm upgrading this summer and would either get a new Mac Mini or hope (hope!)the price of the Mac Pro comes down - wishful thinking. :)

Rock on Digital Trends! I live north of Portland in Olympia, WA.. I would love to work for a company as cool as you. ;)

Take care!

I really dont think the Mini is expensive. The matter of fact is that the other PC is cheap and is killing themself trying to fight the cheap war and for ever giving us cheap stuffs. No wonder all the hardware people in this world are living with very limited profit at the end of the day, they need to get wise, kill the cheapo war and try and create a price benchmark where they can offer fantastic new products which are suitably priced. Like Apple has done with the mini.

On the other hand Apple Mac Pro is Bloody expensive, Apple should be totured on the rack for this. Damm..

Finally why is no hardware person in the list of richest people in the world, why the post is filled with the PC software people only?? Why should Apple who actually sells something which work not benifit from their commitment to good and functional design? Power on Apple, just bring your mac pro price down.

Apple has shiny, trendy products. Possibly very good too, I never tried one. But these products are terribly expensive. In countries like Portugal, Apple will never be mainstream because most of what people do, can be done with half the money with a non-Apple product.
