Unfortunately, I wasn't forced nor paid to write about this application. Personally since downloading the app, I've already planned a coffee meeting with someone thanks to Highlight and thought that it deserved a mention. After all, it's being touted as a winner of SXSW, which jump started Twitter and Foursquare, but it also received funding from Benchmark Capital, SV Angel, Crunchfund and angels, which is an achievement in itself. Admittedly there are a handful of competing ambient social networking apps coming out, and Glancee definitely deserves a mention or even a write up as well.

PUH lease.. stop it with this .. someone is paying you guys off REALLY well to rave about it. The ONLY respectable location sharing app (because it asks for permission) is ECHOECHO.me… *BBC click named it best app of the year!! helloo??? stop pimping this already!
