These new mobile phones will give you broadband speeds wirelessly through the air.
LG CU500
Cingular’s new High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) service will give you blazing fast speeds in around 20 major U.S. markets. You can expect data download rates close to 400-700 Kbps, similar to EV-DO from Verizon. Only now you do not need to switch networks.
Cingular’s first phone to take advantage of this new network is the LG CU500, a slim flip phone that features an integrated 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, MP3 player and expandable memory slot. It also supports MobiTV and MobiRadio. Click here for a full review.

LG Fusic
Another broadband capable LG phone is the Fusic. This iPod-esque phone runs on the EV-DO dual-band CDMA service from Sprint and puts a lot of focus on its music capabilities. In fact, this phone even has an FM transmitter to send music to your car radio wirelessly – the first of its kind.
Because it supports Sprints Power Vision service, you can download music or video to the phone for a modest fee. It will even update its own firmware over the network, how cool is that? Click here for a full review.

Samsung A990
Not to be left out is the Samsung A990 which uses the Verizon Wireless VCAST service to send music and video to your phone. One of the coolest features of the A990 is its retro design, but don’t let that fool you; this phone is cutting-edge.
