The JVC Everio GZ-HM30 models a 40x optical zoom lens, a 2.7-inch LCD display with 230k-dot resolution, and a 1/5.8″, 1.5-megapixel back-illuminated CMOS image sensor. For storage, this device integrates a media slot for microSDXC memory cards. 720p HD video capture is enabled on the GZ-HM30. Other features include optical image stabilization technology, a HDMI terminal, and facial recognition functionality.
