The Kodak Zi12 is a pocket video camera but it is also capable of taking 12 megapixel cameras offering the option for high quality videos or photos.
Kodak’s PLAYFULL dual Zi12 is a flipcam that is capable of taking full HD 1080p videos and takes 12 megapixel images. The camera is fairly inexpensive at less than $200. The videos are taken in MPEG-4 format and the camera is capable of 60 or 30 frames per second. Zi12s come with 14 gigabytes of memory internally but it can be expanded with the SD/SDHC memory card slot. There is no optical zoom but it does have a 4x digital zoom. On the back of the camera is a 3-inch LCD screen. The camera has a HDMI and USB port. Kodak Zi12s come in black or white.
