Mercedes Mbrace 2 in-car connectivity in action at CES 2012

When it comes to in-car connectivity, Ford appears to be the current king of the road with MyFord Touch, but Mercedes has been doing its part to catch up. At CES 2012, the company debuted Mbrace 2, the next-generation of its in-dash connectivity and entertainment system. Although more limited in scope than some other systems that endeavor to control everything from air conditioning to text messages, Mbrace 2 includes a number of new apps that let Mercedes owners do everything from post Facebook status updates on the go (safely) to viewing destinations on Google Street View.
