Hi Jennifer, sorry to hear you've had such a terrible experience. You mentioned that your last visit to the shop resulted in you being told that the car had a transmission issue that was irreparable, correct? If so,I don't see how Ford can say that "nothing is wrong with the car." Do you have documentation proving what the mechanics said as well as who you spoke to both at the dealership level and corporate level?

To make a really long story short I purchased a 2012 Ford Fiesta with 5,000 miles on it on Jan 25, 2013. Since the 1st week I had its been in the shop 7 times (would have been more but they wouldn't take it). Last shop visit I was told it was a unfixable transmission problem and I would have to trade the car in. After going threw the process of picking cars out and filling out paperwork.. I was told id be contacted the next day, I had to call them and was told Ford would buy the car back and give me a different one if I gave them $4,500 plus $500.00 a month. There was no way I could do that so I was sent to corporate, called corporate and was told that dealership should have ate the $4,500 and gave me a new car and that someone would get back to me about what they was going to do. 3 days later (today 4/3/13) received a call that there is nothing wrong with the car and they are just not going to buy back a car that we do not like.. Please please help me!! I am at the end of the rope and the car is broke and Ford KNOWS it!!
