After testing driving the 2012 X5d, the amount of torque coming off that twin scroll 3.0 engine is awesome. Probably in some other car, when you step on the pedal, the car usually drops a gear and then you feel the car accelerate. In the X5d, the gear held and you feel yourself just sink into the seat.

One part of the article I was confused about was the statement regarding the X5d. Are you saying an “all new” X5d will debut next year?
