First bought the phone and though it was great, has a whirlwind of features settings and programs then realized that there’s no way to disable the internet button nor is there any way to remove dictionary from automatically starting every time you sms.

May not be a problem for most but I found it exceptionally frustrating to deal with.

Screen often freezes, phone switches off regularly, phone starts vibrating, and cuts off incoming calls.

HTC warranty is worthless. This $600 phone has broken after 2 months. It costs $40 to get the RMA to return/fix it, PLUS shipping. In addition, they always accuse the owner of abusing/breaking the phone and therefore VOID the warranty! Most of the reviews I read, said HTC wanted to charge around $400 to repair the phone that is well within warranty. I would NEVER buy another HTC product. Other reviewers/owners have written about the same problem with HTC.

Phone has exceptional features, not as smooth when it comes to touch but still good. Internet capabilities are a pain but once you get it set up it’s ok. SMS is easy to use.

The HTC Touch Dual is a garbage product. My buddy had one that needed a new screen after 8 months and mine had the same screen problem 1 month out of warranty. HTC will not honor their claim to making a quality product and all repairs are at the owners expense. HTC customer service is non-existent. I cannot recommend the Touch Dual or HTC.

It would be difficult to find a more faulty, bad designed handset that switches on by itself i.e. when an SMS arrives it starts to operates in an erratic way. Not to mention, messy general functioning. A disaster.
