I found this headset to not measure up to my expectations. It frequently hangs up on calls. There’s a huge lag for it to respond to the phone. Sound quality while on a call is mediocre. Support is poor/rude.

I bought this unit only to have it become disabled (couldn’t turn it on after charging after 2 days or use. Exchanged it and the 2nd unit did the same thing in 2 days. Returned for a refund. No more JX-10s for me

the unit works great! no problem pairing and the voice quality is great! however, the dsp is not that good and in loud places, the receiving party will hear a lot of background noise

My Jabra worked quite well, but I lost the ability to charge it after 6 months. First the charger wouldn’t work and then the direct charge wouldn’t work and almost shorted out my laptop. But it’s beautiful.

Best looking, best-priced, coolest headset on the market — a disaster when used with the Motorola Q — will it connect? or stay connected? or drop a call? or connect, then disconnect spontaneously — this will be your hourly game with this headset. Cheers

I bought this headset a few weeks ago and I loved it. Until I began to wear it. The lack of an eargel made it extremely uncomfortable to wear even though the sound quality was great. This is where the story takes a turn for the best. I contacted Jabra through the e-mail provided on the website, who send two replacement ear hooks to any owners of the JX-10. In the e-mail that I sent to them I mentioned that the unit was uncomfortable to wear by itself and that I would need eargels, which they sent, in droves. I have enough eargels for a while and I can now wear my headset without the ear hook, which is great since I wear glasses. Love the service I got from Jabra.

I have had this unit for over 1 year, 1st with a Razr V3 & now with the T-Mobile Dash. Excellent.

I would highly recommend this product. The digital noise compensation feature is amazing and so is the ease of use!

The Jabra is really a nice-artistic BT if that’s what you are into. However I found it to be just the same as any other BT that I’ve used. Down side, reception wasn’t that great. People had hard time hearing me and too much static at times. For the design a 10, but for use and function a 7 and VOLUME LOUDNESS (which is really important) it gets a 2. Needs to be much louder, don’t buy this BT if volume is what you want!!

I just threw away my Jabra JX-10 tonight, after using it about ten times. The first one I purchased never worked, and was returned the same day. On the second one, the place where you insert the charger just popped out, and when I tried to put it back together, it didn’t work.

The device was small and attractive, although I noticed that I had to keep the volume turned down very low in order to prevent a high pitch noise from sounding in my ear. People told me that they could hear me really well, and I could hear them clearly. The fit was not perfect, but good enough for wearing around for a few hours at a time. The ear bud doesn’t have to fit into your ear, just rest on it enough so you can hear.

But now, it is in my garbage, next to…well…other junk.
