I have found this phone to not be of the quality expected for outbound calls. I've had several people with other phones and companies say my phone sounds muffled. Also, it has dropped the sync with my Ford Edge and was not that compatible with it when it was synced. It also dropped my Blutooth connection with my wireless earbud.

The worst thing about this phone so far is the center button of the navigation buttons goes directly to the internet, and you apparently can't reprogram the navigation buttons to go to things on the phone that you personally use frequently. I use the calculator and calander frequently, and almost never text or e-mail or instant message. It'd be nice to make those buttons relevant to me. Anyone know how?...also I don't use to push to talk, and don't feel like paying for that service, but the button sticking out on side, when hit accidently, always prompts you with,"are you sure you want to subscribe to this service." So it would be nice to be able to reprogram this button to some other feature on the phone...or at least disable it.
