Over all use of phone is better than the Dare, which is what I had previous to this phone. However the speaker on the Dare was much better. The internal speakers on the Envy cannot be heard as well when closed especially on the downloaded ringtones. The default tones that come with the phone (terrible choices) work fine.

I loved this phone! Everything worked great when I first got it. But not too long after I first got it, it began reseting itself. It kept the songs, pictures, ringtones, games, videos, and that kind of stuff but the display key sound went back to the way it was when I first opened the box.
I knew lots of people who had the same phone and they all reported the same problem. Now I hate it and I can’t wait until the contract is up, but thats just me. I wouldn’t get this phone unless you like changing your wallpaper and shortcuts back to the way you had it once every couple weeks. I also had problems with it freezing up on me. I would click a button and the only way to get it to respond was to take out the battery.
On the up side the battery life, pictures, sound, and other stuff like that are great.
