    I like the phone, but it has alot of flaws. I like that it has a touchscreen and it looks very sleek and nice. Some cons are the battery, the charging port is loose, the touchscreen is slow and doesn’t always respond,and the bluetooth is ok. I know a lot of people who have this phone and they have the same problems I have.

    Got the phone last week from Telus here in Canada. i’m in love, the reception is the best ive had yet, the menu’s are very nice, the touch is amazing and very original, i havent experienced any of the problems as listed aboth, maybe theres a different between the Telus CDMA model and the american GSM, over all i give the phone a 9

    The top part of the screen displays upside down, on occasions and I have to restart phone to rectify problem. Don’t know what is causing the problem. All else works great.

    I am currently on my 3rd Venus and waiting for my 4th to arrive. I have had issues with it freezing during texting and call waiting, the phone has had to have the battery removed to restart it, also I cannot send pictures to my online pics place storage, my phone will restart and not send my picture. I am now in the process of trying to get another kind of phone!!

    Good things about this phone… it’s a cute little phone, easy to use as far as the touch screen. Sleek and fits easily in your pocket.

    I like this phone and have been using it for about six months now. However, the screen is broken. It looks like it has an internal crack in it. I haven’t dropped the phone nor has it undergone any water damage. I just answered the phone, talked on it for five minutes, and when I closed it to hang up I noticed the internal crack.

    I’m on my 2nd phone after having to replace it after 2 months. And now…another 2 months later, it has to be replaced again. It continuously freezes during texting and has to have the battery taken out in order to get it to work again. During phone calls, it will just powder down. The touch screen has a major delay and often times doesn’t even work. It is a piece of junk. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!!

    Just picked it up a couple days ago, and very impressed. The touch screen works amazing, and has best reception out of all phones I’ve had so far.

    I hate this phone! I can’t wait to get a new one!!! I’ve had this phone replaced atleast 5-7x & now another problem comes up tonight! It won’t charge! NEVER GET THIS PHONE! EVER! It sucks more than anything i’ve ever known of!!!
