Do NOT get this phone! I have only had it for a year and the screen already went black. This is the third time, and this time it is not turning back on after I take the battery out and back in. Not good quality!

Had my Kin Two for about three weeks. I’m experiencing problems with the phone freezing up and at times does not access the camera unless I turn it off and restart it. Has anyone been experiencing problems with their Kin Two? Verizon believes I may have received a bad phone.
Other than that, I really like the phone. I’m exchanging the one I have for another Kin Two, (still under warranty), hoping I just got a bad one. It’s the best feature phone I ever had. It didn’t take me long to figure out how to work my phone. The Kin Two is actually pretty simple to figure out. Also there are you tube instructional videos that are helpful.
The biggest drawback to this phone is the way it was marketed. Keep in mind, the Kin Two is a feature phone…IMO, the best feature phone available, (but it’s ONLY a feature phone). If you buy the Kin Two and expect it to do what an i phone or a smart phone does, you’re going to be greatly disappointed.
The available ring tones suck,( I don’t know what they were thinking). I never thought I would want a touch screen, but I actually like the Kin Two screen, large enough to see and not overly sensitive. The camera and HD video are pretty decent. The texting buttons are large and I like the placement of the space bar. I also like the touch screen phone. Aside from some of the issues I’m having with my particular phone, I really like the Kin Two. I’m happy with it.

We are required to use Office 2003 for compatibility with other software. I purchased new computers, but the manufacturer no longer provides Office 2003 on new equipment. The versions I purchased on the internet had already been activated, indicating they were not Microsoft approved. I have been advised to not use the software, as it is likely counterfeit.Pros: NoneCons: unusable

I couldn’t load it. It did not pass the MS authenticity test. Maybe it was defective, maybe it was a pirated version. Either way, it didn’t work and I had to go buy a retail version. Shame really because in every way, including the authenticity seal, it looked to be genuine, and I was hopeful. Pros: NoneCons: Does not appear to be authentic or working
