Qwerty keyboard? Well what is that for, the N97? Touchscreen? Thx, but no thx. LG phones showed why cool doesn't mean reliable. Nonstandard charger? I didn't even used the N96 one, because it's the same as the one I had for my N70. Built with poor quality? Com'mon.. if you want to say something bad about the N96, it's that the second slide is nothing more that a fringe, the fact that you have to confirm every USB/headphones operation and the pretty hefty price..of course, that is if you DO purchase it at that price :D

Well, your reasons for saying the Nokia N96 is not good are not exactly reasons. I mean who cares about the touch screen? I have an iPhone and its filled with finger prints all over it, and sending text with the touch screen, how annoying it can be. No qwerty keyboard? It's not a PC I want!!! I want a MOBILE telephone.. I am thinking of buying this phone and it has amazing features which I have not used. But the feel of the phone is not nice, it feels like a brick. So I did not buy it. But you don't give a compelling reason not to, very few, and the reasons really don't bother me, all two reasons you give not to buy it.. Personally I think this phone puts the iPhone 3g to shame. They cripple all the features! People have to jailbreak to enable features that should already be there and its more expensive then the Nokia. This phone looks like a very good phone to buy apart from the feel of it, feels like a brick.

Despite its gut twisting price tag you do get what you pay for: high quality images, advanced browser, new apps in menu.
