    This is a garbage phone that feels rushed to the market. It desperately needs shortcut keys and is missing them. Palm is living on borrowed time, do not buy anything from them. I am returning my 750 right away.

    I have waited a long time to replace my PDA and phone for one device. The Treo 750 is the perfect combination. WM5 could be better. They still have “alarm” problems. But that was solved with a great $20 application. There hasn’t been anything that I can’t do with this device. I highly recommend it.

    Had problems within first 30 days and should have returned for a different product all together! Hard to read, volume too low, difficult to use as a phone, keys freeze up, ringer stops, have to constantly do soft reset. Now phone won’t charge at all. They’ve already discontinued this phone, wonder why???

    Purchased 2 of these phones from ATT. Had to change them out on day 3. All sorts of problems loss of data, no ringer, locks up, poor sound,dropped calls, constantly having to reboot the system. Now upgraded to mobile 6 and even more problems. ATT sold us that we would get 200.00 back in rebates and all we got was 50.00. ATT has not tried to help with getting us into a new phone. They have a 3 strike rule….Well thier warranty dept. doesnt seem to know about the 3 strike rule.

    Save yourself time and frustration. RUN FROM THIS PHONE.

    Had it for 3 months no with NO PROBLEMS. I Love This Phone. I also use it as a modem for my laptop and get high speed internet without the price of an air card.

    Absolutely awful experience. Drops calls, locks up daily, requires soft reboot almost daily. Often won’t connect to broadband access, ringer volume mysteriously changes. Don’t even think about sending an e-mail, perfect access, sitting under the cell tower, NOTHING. This is the worst Blackberry on the market.

    The battery life on this phone is absolutely awful. We rolled out 12 of these phones in our company, the features are standard, but the biggest thing is the battery life made the phone useable for the features it has on it. We have tried extra power supplies, charge and sync cables, still users are pissed that the talk time is bad and standby time is bad. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PHONE. (from a very annoyed IT Manager.)
