This is a good choice if you need a sturdy phone .My husband and I have both had the Panasonic Allure for three years, and they're taken a lot of abuse. They've been dropped several times and still work fine. My husbands phone even went in a pool with him when his cousins threw him in, and after drying out for a few days, it still works just as well as it always has. It doesn't have a color screen or games, but it's a phone, not a gameboy.
