This PDA got great reviews before I bought mine but I had a lot of trouble with it. Mostly battery related… would just stop charging and the next thing I knew, I had to reprogram it. Finally, it just quit charging altogether. When I called T-Mobile, they told me they no longer sell or support this model because they had so much trouble with it. Thanks T-mobile for selling me a piece of junk. I would not recommend this device to anyone who needed a PDA that works reliably

It offers looks and yes a complete combo of phone and pda on the go but what lacks is the integrated camera which is on the other hand, is popular on demand now. In this case, I think my E Ten as I'm using now works better. It has camera, and everything else needed for a superb camera phone. http://www.etencorp.com/

If you are a heavy pda user this is the “killer app” for you. I have the choice to have any phone out there, even the new SmartPhone but this unit is everything in one. I didn’t like the case so I found one from EBCases that is a holster style…perfect! Also if you have a lot of contacts, go buy the app from fonix.com.
