The popular Russian digital-music site was investigated by Moscow City Police and may get shutdown.
Local Moscow police have recommended that prosecutors charge Allofmp3.com with criminal copyright infringement.
The site is known for providing high-quality song downloads in multiple formats, where users pay for 2 cents per megabyte of download instead of a per song charge.
Prosecutor’s have until March 7th to decide to act on the recommendation from Moscow’s Police department.
