Apple Patches Multiple Bugs In Mac OS X
If you have an Apple computer and are running Mac OS X, head over to their site and download an update to protect yourself.
The Security Update is named 2005-001 and will fix both the server and client editions of Mac OS X 10.2.8 and 10.3.7. It fixes bugs in the Safari Web browser including the mail and ColorSync components.
You can find out more details about the update on Apple’s website. If you want, you can download the updates manually, or simply use the auto-update featured in the operating system.
Information Week says the naming method for the Apple updates resemble Microsofts own naming method. But really, who cares?
