After five months of going back and forth with the rebate center I called the local store where I purchased my computer and was basically told by one of their managers (Jason) that they just don't care on the store level. He informed me that they were doing away with rebates. I informed them that they were doing away with customers as well. Myself and my family always purchased from Best Buy but won't ever be in there. Believe me when I tell you they will lose much more than the $50.00 they screwed me out of. Best Buy does not honor their rebates.
