Cnet Journalist James Kim Found Dead

Searchers have found the body of James Kim in a remote part of the Oregon wilderness.

We are saddened to report that James Kim, a father, husband and peer of ours in the technology journalism field has passed away at the too early of an age of 35-years-old. Kim and his family were on their way to a resort on the Oregon coast when they became lost on the backroads in the mountains. A massive search effort turned up Kim’s wife and two children, but Kim himself had wandered off to find help for his family. A trail Kim left behind to help searchers find him ultimately led them to him, but not in time to save him. The Digitial Trends staff expresses their greatest condolences to the Kim family, his friends and the staff of Cnet as we join all of you in mourning his passing.
