The the PC2-8500 sticks are 240-pin, 2.2V unbuffered non-ECC memory, sporting 64 128MB chips and CAS 5-5-5-15 CAS latency numbers.
“For demanding customers looking for excellent performance, faster speeds and lower latencies, Ballistix memory is the ideal solution—and the new DDR2 PC2-8500 modules are no exception. Plus, they’re backed by a limited-lifetime warranty and the stellar support that’s synonymous with the Crucial name,” said Jeremy Mortenson, Crucial’s DRAM product marketing manager, in a release.
