It is time to completely repeal the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and allow free use of all materials posted on the internet. Get the government out of it and let the free market and free speech continue without any restriction.

in that case, the ads in which McCain uses other people's music, lyrics and images to their objection should also be pulled. Paris Hilton objected loudly as did others as her image was used without her consent. That is not fair use, it is a violation.
