Ebay has already scared me in the terms of people scamming. What are some things you can do to avoid being scammed from a buyer or seller?

Have had ID stolen online before, and never again. Have had an account with Ebay for years, and have never been able to negotiate an acceptable means of payments on purchasing or sales. I have money and have not spent a penny at Ebay ever, and have merchandise and have never sold anything at Ebay. We need an Ebank and an Eauction that accepts money orders and cashiers checks in secure accounts. Electronics funds transfers will always be a risk.Ebay does not listen or reply in earnest business customer relationship, they need to earn trust. J.
