Disappointed with the GeForce FX 5900 Ultra's 27.2GB/sec of memory bandwidth? How does 30.4GB/sec sound to you!

Quote from the review at the Firing Squad:

“With its impressive 30GB/sec of memory bandwidth, NVIDIA’s GeForce FX 5950 Ultra definitely throws the gauntlet down in high resolution environments with eye candy features such as anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering turned on. At least on paper.

Based on our real-world findings however, ATI’s RADEON 9800 XT still has the edge in many benchmarks, despite giving up nearly 6,000Mtexels/sec in fill rate and 7GB/sec of memory bandwidth. NVIDIA can’t quite escape ATI’s shadow with GeForce FX 5950 Ultra; both cards perform very similarly for such different architectures.”
