The lawsuit represents a new legal front against 321 Studios, already at odds with Hollywood over the company’s DVD-copying software. Federal judges in New York and California have barred 321 from marketing the movie-copying software.
Tuesday’s lawsuit was filed by Atari, Electronic Arts, and Vivendi Universal Games. The lawsuit asks for a court order blocking the sale of Games X Copy and seeks unspecified damages.
