We got a chance to go hands-on with Samsung's Galaxy Tab tablet on the CEDIA show floor.

The Tab is coming. Samsung’s upcoming Android tablet may present the best chance yet of challenging Apple’s iPad in the slate space. The Tab will be available on all four major US networks, but pricing and exact launch dates have yet to be announced. We went hands-on with an early version of the Tab at CEDIA 2010.

  9. Mark Strait at 4:18am 26th September 2010 Hacked Android OS plus plan = so so sales. This is not going to hurt iPad sales
  10. Drew Abas at 2:13pm 24th September 2010 Can anyone tell me why I need to 'donate' to a wireless phone network in order to buy one of these?
    1. Mark Strait at 4:19am 26th September 2010 At least Apple gives you an option, get an iPad
  11. ioman at 1:13pm 24th September 2010 Looks amazing. Initially I was not a huge fan of the size (bigger screen is always better right?), but after watching it in action, the screen looks large enough. It's definitely thicker, but I think it's worth it considering all the extra features you get. And nice to see a webcam on it (what was apple thinking??)
