One of the most sensible opinions that I have read came from Representative Henry Cuellar who voted to prevent the FCC from using federal funds to implement their net neutrality ruling. He reasoned that the extra costs on ISPs for implementing the FCCs directive would be passed onto consumers and that instead we should be focused on enhancing broadband availability.
