HP Refreshes Product Lines

HP has announced new products for their desktop, notebook, and LCD lines. Some of the new designs look oddly similar to the design queues from Apple's product.

“HP is expanding its desktop PC family with two new Pavilion desktop series, the d4000 and a1000, as well as the HP Media Center m7000 Series Photosmart PC. Customizable features include a Personal Media Drive with up to 400GB of storage, and a removable docking station for HP’s R-series digital cameras and Apple iPods from HP. The new PCs will also come with Norton Internet Security 2005 and Intermute’s SpySubtract Pro pre-installed with free updates for two months.

Pre-configured desktop systems will be available later this month, with custom configurations available in May. Pricing starts at $379 direct, after rebates.”
