		<description>It would eliminate the need to boot every time you turned the power on in your computer.  The bootstrap code would run and your system would be ready to go and when you turned it off it would remember exactly where it was, so the next time you turned the power on it would be right where it was before.  Boot times would not be so much affected as how often you need to actually boot your computer.  Although boot times will be improved because loading all the OS junk will be much faster from memristors than a hard disk.</description>
