Intel has added 1MB of Level 2 cache to two new Celeron M processors, almost doubling the cache of previous generations.
Intel Corporation today introduced the Intel Celeron M processors 350 and 360 for mobile PCs. Based on Intel’s mobile architecture, the Intel Celeron M processor balances good mobile performance withexceptional value in thin and light notebook designs.
The Intel Celeron M processors 350 and 360 are the first standard-voltage Intel Celeron M processors built on Intel’s 90 nanometer (nm) process technology. They run at frequencies of 1.30 GHz and 1.40 GHz, respectively, and feature a 400MHz system bus and 1MB of Level 2 cache – almost double the cache of the previous-generation Intel Celeron M processors.
In 1,000-unit quantities, the Intel Celeron M processor 350 and 360 are priced at $107 and $134, respectively.
