Microsoft Cross Platforms with Game Control

New Xbox 360 Controller for Windows will work with both Windows XP based PCs and the upcoming Xbox 360 video gaming system.

Microsoft said today they were bringing a new cross-platform gaming controller to market. The Xbox 360 Controller for Windows, available now for $39.99, allows gamers to use it with Windows XP based PCs as well as the soon to be released Xbox 360 gaming system.

  2. Ian Bell and Dan Gaul at 11:13pm 20th October 2005 Great idea, I am using a logitech controller now which works, but it would be cool to use the same controller on both platforms. You just get used to using one formfactor.
