After having to remove the battery three times to get it unfrozen. I took it in and had the 512 meg ram replaced with 2 gigs. The public has been used as a profit guinea pig one time too many. At the very least, MS should have to pay each customer a fee for providing an extended BETA test of this operating sytem. Its amazing to see our gov't and the people would allow a company to pass a lemon and clain it is a prize! I thought this country had lemon laws...it should apply to operating systems too.
