Mozilla Posts A New Version Of Firefox

Mozilla has come out with a new version of the Firefox 3 browser that gives more stability and multiple patches.
Mozilla has issued an update for its Firefox 3 browser. Update 3.0.7, which installed automatically yesterday, giving increased stability as well as offering several security patches.
Among the five patches are three that Mozilla has rated as critical, including to the PNG and XL browser components that could previously have resulted in a hacker being able to remotely execute code.
The stability issues addressed include a bug that could leave the file menu disabled, and other that caused cookie files to vanish. The update includes fixes for Mac, Linux and Windows versions of the browser.
