I would also suggest “Embassy Trust Suite” from wave systems. From everything I've read Wave is “top notch” as far security issues go. I have been waiting for these secure computers for a long time. Finally, they are arriving.

You say;

Capable of encrypting hard drive to defend against hackers.

I can not determine what software would be required nor the costs?
Please help.
