New MPC Laptop Offers Legacy Ports Support

The 15.4" TransPort T3200 offers support for legacy ports such as parallel and serial, among other features.

MPC Computers yesterday rolled out a new business focused laptop which offers support for legacy ports. The new TransPort T3200 looks to be available now and has a base price configuration of $1,849.

The TransPort T3200, said MPC, has an Intel 945PM chipset which supports 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM memory, an Intel Core Duo Processor and the ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 graphics card. Legacy support is offered on the TransPort T3200 for parallel, serial and PS/2 ports and includes a biometric fingerprint scanner for security.
