Nobody enjoys legal &quot;*****-slapping.&quot; Most open-source projects in the past have worked with violators to set things right. That shouldn&#039;t change going into the future. But when we have companies refusing to acknowledge using FOSS when the evidence proves otherwise, then justice can legitimately be met out in the courts.</description>
