I just dicovered Pandora Radio while vacationing in the US and was overwhelmed by all of the possibilities it offers to discover new music. What these music labels who oppose Pandora in Europe are overlooking is this: with the discovery of new music goes the desire to purchase music by the artists. Internet Radio is free publicity for their artists to reach an audience they otherwise would not reach.

Better yet, because the music that Pandora radio plays is driven by the tastes of the users, the frequency of tunes that the user will enjoy (and possibly purchase) is higher than a simple radio station.

Pandora is the future. Embrace it.
