Rosewill R913E 19-inch LCD for $189.99

Newegg is offering a $40 dollar mail in rebate on the Rosewill R913E 19-inch LCD monitor featuring a 4ms response rate.

I do not have any experience with this monitor, but at $189.99 this appears to be a very good value. It does support DVI and analog VGA inputs, and has a 4ms response rate which means it should rock for games. It comes with a 3-year warranty and it looks like it also comes with a DVI cable.
