A South Korean official mentioned in an interview that their regulatory agency which is sort of equivalent to the U.S. FTC may investigate a recent deal between Samsung and Apple. Apple recently purchased an enormous amount of Samsung-produced Flash memory to bring the iPod nano to market, and the speculation is that they may have purchased it well below the market rate to hit the iPod nano's current price point. As of now, I haven't heard of the Korean agency actually opening an investigation.

I also heard that the Korean FTC is investigating Samsung and Apple regarding a certain price agreement. Anyone else hear about that?
