It is a nice looking machine, the keyboard is nice to use, and everything seems to work ok. But recently we have started to encounter some problems, firstly the wireless internet can no longer be found and it keeps saying the wireless switch has been turned off which it hasn't but we used to get wireless fine and now it will not find it yet it is still found on our other computers. Also sony are awful to contact, we could not find a simple email anywhere, nowhere on their site is a conact email to ask them about it. So we are very annoyed about this as we paid a lot of money for it. There are other little things then like the back cover falling off etc but none of that is major.
