Though shipped with Microsoft’s 32-bit Windows XP Professional, the Envy m:855 is ready for 64-bit operating systems and applications down the road. A gaming-optimized 15-inch, active-matrix display, 2X DVD/16X CD recorder, and 802.11g wireless networking (as well as 56Kbps modem and 10/100Mbps Ethernet connections) are standard, and VoodooPC boasts that the 8-pound portable offers three hours of real-world battery life.
