If there were real choice in the OS market, I would probably avoid Microsoft just for burning me with Vista, but unfortunately, there aren't many other options if you want to run the software most people use. If you want to make the best of a bad situation (a PC running Vista) it's probably worth it to upgrade to Windows 7. Agreed.
