We’ve been hearing rumors about the Nvidia tablet since back at CES in January, but we now actually have something to look at.

Engadget managed to its hands on the newest entrant into the tablet market, and the video below gives some idea of its potential. The specs are still being kept under wraps, but we know that it is a Tegra 2-powered device with an Android OS.

The tablet is 9.7-inches, amd Engadget suspects that it has 1GB of RAM, with an ARM Cortex 9 CPU and a front facing camera. No word yet on price or release date, but if a model is ready to display, both should be coming soon.
