    For real gaming benchmarks, go to a trusted source that knows what they are doing. There is no way in hell a P4 system will outperform an Athlon FX at 2.4G with 6800 Ultra in any gaming benchmark or 3Dmark 2003 or 2005. This is undisputed.

    The DT test system is using 533MHz versus the 400MHz memory in the Compaq system.

    Your AMD is not as fast as you think it is chump.

    DJ, one site versus the two I linked to? Common man. Stop drinking the AMD koolaid and get with the picture. These are SYSTEM tests, not processor tests. Memory, etc is all taken into consideration.

    Best machine for the money. I formated the hard drive (got rid of Gateway’s software) and installed updated drivers when I received the computer, improved perfromance A LOT. Excellent Gaming Machine)
