    This computer is awful I bought one and 2 days later it wouldn’t work so I went back and replaced it with a another bran new one and now it its already starting to mess up again it shuts off for no reason and now it runs really slow and I have high speed internet so now im taking this computer back and get a hp i would never tell anyone to get computer and I thought gateway was suppose to be a good computer!!!!

    In a nutshell, I will never purchase another Gateway product. I purchased a Gateway One ZX series computer in October of 2010 and seemed to have good luck with it, so purchased another in March of 2011. Not so much luck with the second. After 3 days, the display would not resume from “sleep” mode. Had to perform hard shut down and ended up never coming back on. Got repair return through chat session which worked well. When I recieved computer back from repair facility, screen and outer edge of computer face had scratches all over it. Called and escalated, but Gateway would not do anything…. Now, this week the Gateway One I purchased in October has the same problem and just packed computer up today to send back for warranty work. Gateway would not pay shipping. This would be what I call EXTREMELY BAD product and a company that will fulfill their warranty commitment, but unwilling to do what it takes to satisfy their customer. Note to Gateway: There are many other reputable computer companies, you may want to reconsider how you treat your clients.
