The EOS-1D Mark IV is a 5th generation addition to Canon’s pantheon of speed-oriented professional DSLRs. Device features include an APS-H (27.9 x 18.6 mm) 16.1-megapixel CMOS image sensor, 10 fps shooting functionality, and a fixed 3-inch LCD screen with 920k-dot resolution. 1080p video capture is enabled on this device at 30, 25, and 24 frames per second, with lower resolution recording options made available. For storage, the Mark IV takes compact flash and microSD/SDHC media. Additional features include a USB 2.0 connectivity option, integrated EyeFi wireless, and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery supply, rated at approximately 1500 shots per charge.
