The stylish, ultracompact Canon PowerShot ELPH 100 HS features a 1/2.3″, 12.1-megapixel BSI-CMOS image sensor, a 4x optical zoom lens with an equivalent 28 – 112 mm focal length, and a fixed 3-inch PureColor II TG TFT LCD screen with 230k-dot resolution. The ELPH 100 HS is capable of capturing video in Full 1080p HD at 24 frames per second, with several other lower resolution recording options made available. A microSD/MMC slot is provided for memory storage and expansion. Additional features include USB 2.0 and HDMI connectivity options, an integrated orientation sensor, 8 preset autofocus modes, and a rechargeable NB-4L lithium-ion battery pack, rated at approximately 230 shots per charge.
